A very satisfying breakfast.

Hard boiled egg with butter, chives, salt and black pepper. Cheese and salami. Smoothie. Tea. After a breakfast like this I am satisfied until dinner! (No problem to skip lunch)

Melt butter, crack the eggs, salt and pepper, turn, salt and let a couple of cheese slices melt over the eggs. I think it looks nice with a dash of cayenne.
