Meatloaf with gravy

Mix:

2 lb / 800gr ground beef

(As my meat had very little fat I added fat and drippings I saved from ribs I had for dinner another day)

1 Tbsp onion powder

2 tsp salt

2 eggs

Grease a plate, shape a loaf and splash soy sauce over, cover with sliced butter (or bacon)

Bake in oven 50-60 minutes 350 F / 175 C

Add 1- 2 cups of heavy cream (and maybe more soy sauce) and mix with the drippings.

Heat in the oven again while the loaf is resting.

I served with cabbage fried in butter and added some lingonberries from the freezer for color.
