From a swedish recipe.

1/2 cup sesame seeds

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/4 cup flax seeds

1 Tbsp psyllium husk powder

1/4 cup organic coconut oil

1 1/4 cup hot water

1 tsp salt

Mix all the seeds with the husk.

Stir the coconut oil in the water.

Add the liquid and stir.

Pour out on a cookie sheet.

Spread even with a spatula. Let rest about 20 min.

Here you can also spice with a splash of fancy salt or other spice you like!

I tried half with oregano and the other half with cayenne and cummin.

Both nice but we prefered the cayenne/cummin.

Heat the oven to 300F /150 C

Bake 45 -55 min,(you want them nicely browned)

Put them on a grid and back in the oven to dry completely on 120 F/ 50 C a couple of hours.

We thought they came out just delicious!

This recipe is a keeper in my house!
