Pork chops with a creamy tarragon sauce.
Chopped 2 onions, some cabbage, crumbled blue cheese.
1 skillet and 2 pots, each with a big dollop of butter!
Fried the onions in the butter, added cream and sour cream, heated….
added blue cheese and tarragon, let just simmer. Salt and black pepper?
Put the chops on paper towels to dry, salt and pepper.
While frying the chops fry the cabbage in the other pot with some salt and black pepper.
I have to make a cut to se that they are done inside!
Try to not over cook (they get dry)
