Cod with horse radish butter.

I start with greasing a oven safe plate, added pieces of cauliflower

happened to have some green beans and one(!) zucchini in my garden…

nice pieces of half thawed cod.

Softened butter in the micro,

stirred in plenty of fresh grated horse radish and some salt.

Half of the butter on the cod, sliced tomatoes and the rest of the butter on top.

Bake in oven 200C about 20 minutes, let rest 10 more minutes covered in foil.

Maybe a splash of lime over the plate?

I guess some will think : Why is there no measures?

If you use real butter, heavy cream, sour cream and not:

light products,margarine, flour…

everything will come out just delicious as long as you cook with REAL FOOD!
