Cod in almond cover with spinach.
First I arrange two plates:
One with an egg, (lightly beaten with a fork)
The other with ground almond, salt and ground black pepper.
Melt a t least 1/2 stick of butter.
Cover the cod first with egg and than with almond.
Fry all sides to nice color.
My cod was half frozen and thick back pieces so I put a thermometer in the biggest piece and let it go in oven 300 F/150 C until thermometer shows 130 F /55 C
In a pot, melt plenty of butter.
Add frozen spinach, when thawed add:
heavy cream, philly cream cheese, salt and ground black pepper.
