Cauliflower gratin. So good I’m thinking about a repeat for dinner tonight!


Grease a ovensafe plate with butter.

Slice one half head of cauliflower and one small onion.

Add crumbled blue cheese.


Blend 1/2 cup of sour cream with 1/2 cup of heavy cream, salt and pepper.

Pour on top.


In the oven  480 F / 250 C   about 15 min (I do not like the cauliflower overcooked)

We had this a week night with thick bacon, but I would say it was so delicious I could serve it with a steak or whatever!
