Ribs served with coleslaw.

Start with the fat side up.

Just sprinkle the ribs with plenty of ground ginger, black pepper and salt.

Splash over soy sauce and cover with slices of butter.

Bake in oven 350 F /175 C  for 30 min.

Turn, spoon over the juices and sprinkle over ginger,salt and pepper on this side too.

Bake 30 min.

Turn again and spoon over the juices.

Bake 30 min.

This turned out just perfect!

I served it with a simple coleslaw.
