Don’t feel like cooking? I think an omelet is a good choice!

This time I had a nice garlic salami…

For 3 servings I use:

4 eggs, 1/2 cup of heavy cream, blend together with a fork, salt and pepper.

Look in the fridge and prepare whatever you find! (I had salami,red onion and cheese)

Melt 1 Tbs butter in a pann, frie the omelet, lifting the edges to let under the still uncooked.

Put your topping on, take the pan off the heat and let rest a couple of minutes to let the cheese melt…..

If I am lucky there might be a leftover salad in the fridge?
