Taco salad.


Fried 1 lb ground beef in 1 Tbs butter.

Add 1 Tbs ground cumin, 1 Tbs ground coriander, a good dash of something hot, I used red curry paste.

A splash of Kikkoman soy sauce ( I use no salt, the soy sauce is salt enough)

Add 1/2 cup of water and let simmer while preparing:


Mix in a blender:

2 avocados, 1 cup of sour cream, 1 clove of garlic, 1 red chili pepper, juice from 1 lime, salt, pepper .

I served in small bowls for everyone to make their own salad plate:

Red onion, iceberg lettuce, english cucumber, shredded cheese, tomatoes and the guacamole.
