I started with this recipe

As we do not eat rice or bread I decided to make like a snack plate, used the curry as a dip.

Added sour cream, celery, cucumber and parmesan chips:

Piles of  parmesan on baking sheet.

Bake in oven 450 F / 225 Cuntil nice color, WATCH ALL TIME, BURNS FAST!
