My husband traveled to India and brought some nice spices back home!
Melt 3 Tbsp butter, add 2 cloves of garlic and the spices.
Add 1 lb chicken,
until nice color,
add 1 cup of heavy cream, 1 cup of sour cream and 1 cube veg. bullion (eco no msg)
Simmer very slow about 10 minutes.
Add cauliflower, simmer 3-4 min
Add the peppers just before serving time!
If you think it is to spicy add a fat yoghurt on top.
