Another fast omelet
Start with frying one can mushrooms in butter,
add a chopped onion, salt black pepper, reserve on a plate while:
Just blend with a fork:
1/3 cup heavy cream
melt a Tbsp butter
pour the egg blend in the pan.
“Lift” and let the fluid get under.
Top with the mushrooms/onion, cubed smoked ham, slices of cheese (I happened to have a small piece of goat cheese too.)
