Spinach soup with eggs and cheese.

Melt 3 Tbs butter.

Add 2 cloves of crushed garlic, fry easy (burns fast)

Add about 1 lb  (500 gr) frozen spinach, stir to taw.

Add 1 cube (10 gr) vegetable  bullion.

Diluite with 1 cup of water and 2 cups of heavy cream.

Salt? black pepper.

Heat and serve with boiled eggs and cheese.
