Close to a Cobb Salad



In e blender, combine:

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

2 tsp. salt

1 small clove minced garlic

3/4 tsp ground black pepper

1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp Dijon mustard

While processing slowly add:

3/4 cup canola oil

1/4 cup olive oil

A bed of green leaves:

I had today: spinach (from my back yard) rucola and iceberg.

Cooked chicken (leftovers)

cooked and crumbled bacon

eggs,boiled 10 minutes


crumbled blue cheese


( I was thinking to add chives on top, but forgot!)
