Our family’s best burgers!


Burger served on Oopsie bread, mustard dressing, cheese,salad,tomatoes,cucumber and red onion.

Burgers 8 servings  (in swedish)

2 lb  ground beef

2 Tbs Dijon mustard

2 Tbs Worchestershire sauce

5 Tbs tomato paste

a dash of hot sauce (optional)

1 big red onion

2 eggs


I put everything except the beef in a blender.

Put the meat in a bowl and pour the mixed sauce over and stir it all together.

Put your hands under cold water and shape to about 8 burgers (make them a little thinner in the middle)

Let rest cold at least 10 min. I prefer to make them days ahead and keep a stock in the freezer.

Ready to put on the grill about 8 min each side (frozen)


Oopsie bread  8 servings

Separate 3 eggs.

First, beat the whites with a pinch of salt in a bowl until you can turn it upside down!

Mix the yolks with 1/2 package of Philly original cream cheese.

Gently fold together both mixes.

Spread on “cookie paper”

Bake in 300 F/ 150 C 15-20 min.



Sour cream with Dijon mustard, salt, pepper.
