Thursday dinner in the sun!

The meat sauce I make all the time, today with mushrooms.

I always make at least for two dinners, saving leftovers in 1 portions in the freezer. Life savers a busy day!

First I fry the mushrooms in butter.

In a pot, crushed tomatoes and the mushrooms.

Fry the ground beef in butter, add chopped onions, Kikkoman soy sauce, red curry paste, cumin and coriander.

Dilute with plenty of heavy cream (40% fat) Let simmer.

Shred some cabbage and fry  with salt and pepper add some cream.

Serve cabbage with shredded cheese and the meat sauce.

If someone think they need some carbs it is easy to add some pasta or a piece of bread!
