Creamy chicken masala soup.
Heat: 1 Tbsp each butter and coconut oil with garlic and spices (I used a chicken masala powder I had at home, another time I might use any kind of curry)
Add cubes of chicken (about 1 lb) and stir around to cover with the spicy oil all around.
Add 1 cup of each sour cream and heavy cream.
Heat to boiling, leave just simmering about 15 min.
Add 2 cups of shredded cabbage, heat. (I do not like the cabbage overcooked)
Sprinkled frozen chives over just for the color!
